How do I track my order?
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
What are your delivery options?
Big Bad Bunny uses Live shipping rates are shipping price calculations made by the carrier at the time our customers is make a purchase. Contrary to flat rates, it’ll be calculated by using the location of the facility where the order would be fulfilled and the destination address. The weight of your order will influence the final price too.
In some cases, when the destination is close to our production facility, the shipping price might be lower than it would be with the flat rate. In other cases, though, it can be higher.
How do I return an item?

Always send orders back to the return address located on packing slip.
When we or our manufactures receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us about your order.
How can I contact your couriers?
You can always contact our couriers once you receive your conformation email. All your order information will be provided there.
Do you provide International delivery?
We currently do not offer international delivery.
What is your returns policy?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Big Bad Bunny only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.
Size Exchange:
Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds from Big Bad Bunny. Most of our products are made on demand, requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
